As angels travel the heavens at their leisure, it is nice to see them also occasionally enjoying the more mundane things that surround us humans. Case in point, this lovely angel as it contemplates the dandelion.
Remember how we used to make a wish before blowing on the dandelion’s tendrils?
If you blew them all off in one breath, then your wish would come true. This angel is really well done – as can be seen by the fine line work on the wings, hair and the delicateness of the dandelion itself. The shading is very pretty, as is the position of the angel itself – with its back slightly to us.
